“Fury of the Heart” by DCF – Starring Ophelia and Vanessa

I wanna start giving reviews to those releases that I bought and try to focus on the positive as I think this community sometimes lacks appreciation for the producers, I myself might have gone into some unnecessary discussions in the past (wink wink Damion). So, for 2025, I want to focus more on the positive and maybe my reviews might even persuade one or the other to buy the movie. Without further ado, spoilers ahead:

As usual, DCF did not disappoint whatsoever. This is a great one and it is carried a whole lot by Ophelia and her amazing acting. I don’t want to criticize Vanessa in any way, I just think Ophelia is an amazing actress, apart from being sexy as hell. Let’s look at the things I liked the most:

+++ Original, never before seen costumes: I read that some disliked Verdras bikini top and I have to disagree: while it might not be the most flattering, it displays her goods pretty well and the material looks of high quality. Aurora’s wasn’t my taste, it looked a little bit like an 80s party outfit and kinda clashed with the other costumes, but still: unique and therefore positive.

++ Character names: Aurora, Verdra, Wulfgar, Titus. I liked the theme here, it was something new apart from the usual “XXX Girl”, “XXX Woman” etc. This “Nordic” theme was also kinda portrayed in the costumes and I liked that. Felt like a completely different universe

+++ Ophelias hair looks crazy good in this film, I don’t know what you did, but it has never looked better

++ I really liked the dynamic between the two heroines; while one is obviously far superior in strength, they still share a true love for each other and this becomes interesting later on. Also, well acted in the first few minutes when Aurora gets ready for her battle against Wulfgar

++ Nick Smash makes for a threatening villain. His physical presence is there right from the beginning and the costume is also top notch

+ Aurora power of vanishing and re-appearing is interesting and well done vfx-wise. Would have loved to see more of these powers, but I also know it’s a financial aspect to use a lot of VFX in these movies

+ blood and bruises visible after Wulfgar punches Aurora in the face. I like that, it makes it far more believable instead of all these movies were those punches doesn’t seem to have any effect.

++ I liked the little use of bondage as Verdra arrives to save her lover. From a villain’s perspective, it makes sense to use her as bait but it’s never a bad idea to put a little heroine in chains, right?

+ the transition from Wulfgar to Titus was done well

+ repetition of the theme “strongest together”, well written

++ the beatdown the heroines receive after Titus arrived is amazing. They are completely helpless and he shows them. I like how he takes his time, beating them up, sometimes separately and sometimes both at once and meanwhile stripping them out of their costumes (partially).

+++ The bruises on both heroines’ faces and bellies are done incredibly well, not only the blood

++++ after the beatdown, the humiliation begins. I most liked the spanking session for Verdra, especially since she had to look down at her knocked out girlfriend the whole time

+ Titus demolishing the hair-piece of first Verdra and later, in one of the last shots of the film, Aurora’s, is a nice foreshadowing and symbol of defeat

++ nice choice of underwear for Verdra

++ it’s a very minor detail, but I loved it that Aurora was wearing some casual pink panties underneath her costume. It makes it all feel more real, like why would any heroine go out without them?

++ Vanessa has a beautiful body

++ camera angles showing the almost unconscious Verdra as Titus rapes Aurora and the heroines holding hands during the rape scene

– some super minor continuity-mistakes (I only found them because I was actively looking for them lol)

+++ best scene of the movie, Titus taking Verdra doggystyle. Superb

++ the end: I’m personally not a big fan of death endings, but this one was done great and in context, it makes so much sense and paves the way for a sequel

– minor continuity mistakes again (sometimes, Auroras eyes are open, sometimes they are closed, but that doesn’t matter too much)

+++ the last moments, both girls curled up together and the choice of music – incredibly well done

Overall, I really liked this movie, after watching it a second time, I liked it even more and I appreciated the little details. I really hope this one gets a sequel.
