Lee Carl – Updates and Request for Help

As many of you may know, I’ve had a rough year.

Last year, around this time, my kidney (a transplant given to me 25 years ago) began to fail. I was put on dialysis 3 days per week, and on my non-dialysis days, I’m pretty much recovering. This condition has caused low appetite, nausea, low blood sugar, and low blood pressure. Things are difficult right now.

I’m now on the wait list for a deceased donor kidney, but that wait list can be 5-10 years. I’m hoping a living donor might match, but there are no guarantees, there. Right now, there really isn’t an end for what I’m going through.

It humbles me to ask for help, but perverted as we are, the Superheroine genre is a community. And I’m asking that community for help.

I’m sharing this fundraiser in the hopes that anyone who has enjoyed my work, if they are able, donate what they are able to to help. This will help with monthly expenses while I’m undergoing these medical issues, as I’m unable to attend my day job anymore.

I will continue to produce (I have 3 movies in the editing queue), and I am also open for customs. Those customs will need to include the cost of hiring help, as shooting and editing solo is very taxing right now. But I want to continue to be able to bring you guys fun videos.
