Director’s notes: We filmed a teaser trailer introducing Piper that appeared on the “custom films” page. There wasn’t originally a full film as it was just an introductory trailer for Piper. A customer requested we go back and film the full story from the trailer, and so we did.
Synopsis: Superia has disappeared, and her fate is unknown. PG suspects foul play, and Vexor, a nefarious and cunning villain with the ability to telepathically mind control his victims, is in her crosshairs. She tracks him down only to encounter his mind control, which paralyzes her abilities. She fights valiantly, but the deck has been stacked against her. Vexor doesn’t just want to beat her; he wants to make a public spectacle. Find out her fate in “Control.”

She’s really sexy. Brought a great attitude to the role and her look is FIRE. I know the tats aren’t for everyone and tbh even for me they can distract from the “superheroine” role, but I just did not care. The video was fun for me, but the big thing for me was definitely a new actress in the genre who did great.
Pet peeve which MUST be a directorial decision because it’s across the board from all film makers in this genre is that the blows aren’t sold as if the characters know how those hits actually feel. And I know for a fact that some of the actresses (Ariel X for example) DEFINITELY know how a body responds to those shots. So I’m just gonna go on a tangent here to voice my dissenting opinion in this matter.
A devastating belly blow or kidney shot knocking the wind out of you and making you nauseous, the excrutiating pain and difficulty breathing from a hard shot to the sternum, the debiliating pain of a liver shot that drops you, etc. Headshots are generally sold better, but often focus on pain, when pain isn’t really the big deal of a good shot to the head, it’s the way it rattles your brain and hits your reset button or leaves you loopy! Slaps are more painful but less damaging, and therefore more humiliiating IMO.
And when the shots hit but aren’t enough to really stop you, you kinda just breathe, grit your teeth and power through it. This approach would make everything more believeable for me and I do have to suspend disbelief a bit more every time I see a heroine take a devastating, body-caving belly shot and just groan and stagger rather than doubling over, air whooshing out of her mouth, maybe falling to her knees, gasping as she struggles to draw breath.
Sorry for the tangent… anywhere I posted that on this forum would be off topic but I’ve been wanting to say it forever, and it’s pretty universally true. Also, this thread for this flick has criminally low engagement and deserves more attention. It’s a great vid and the actress is hot AF!
this was a pretty good vid but i agree with the other comment that the ending was lackluster. was expecting more from it. also its funny that we’ve now had 2 TBFE videos randomly drop without any teases while the thundercats video still hasnt released lol
this was okay. the most important thing to point out is that Piper was amazing and this was a great first vid for her! and the overall story was simple but effective

i do think that for the idea that she was this super strong heroine that the villain was interested in, there needed to be a little more fight in the first half. but she lost almost immediately and never really fought back, so that didnt line up….. i also was a little diappointed in the ending because i dont think it fit with what was laid out at the start of the vid. the villain is like “Superia isnt with us anymore” and “she’s gone” so I was expecting PG to be so mind broken at the end that shes just his willing happy slave or even a perm ending from her mind giving out or something.
but instead, she was just kinda…. there. looking sad and stuff. so i dunno, didnt really fit the “Superia isnt with us anymore” vibe that the vid started with.
the actual beat down and fight content was great tho, even though i wanted more fight from her
its a solid video and worth a watch but it could have been a lot more. but Piper was amazing and im looking forward to more from her
