Coco, as ever, looks amazing, but I’m not over keen on her outfit, I hate the tights, or make up, but these are minor gripes as the outfit doesn’t appear to remain in place for long! The trailer looks great but sadly I wont be able to purchase the movie, or any other TBFE movie due to the recent requirement for age verification at SHM, a situation I find ridiculous as I’ve been going to that site and purchasing movies from it for years! If anybody can advise me how to circumvent the system without supplying a photo I’d be delighted; I dont have a smart phone so cannot take a “selfie” to satisfy the bureaucrats!

The required age verification certainly is an inconvenience, but it is not ridiculous. It is an attempt to establish some protection for those too young for the kind of movies we watch. That you have purchased such movies before at SHM without this is not an argument against it, nor is the fact that there are other sites without such measures. Back when you had to visit a real shop to buy or rent an adult movie, before the internet, you had to show your ID as well. Just as you might have to do when you want to buy alcohol or tobacco or a lot of other stuff (not bread though…). And you can take a picture with any kind of camera, it does not have to be a smartphone. It’s doable. Yes, sending a picture of your ID somewhere is not exactly the same thing as just showing it to one person and then putting it away. Concerns about the security of personal data should not be taken lightly. But it’s not like an ID contains super secret information. Or like people were that careful all the time. When you use the service of a big tech company for anything, you are constantly providing them with much more information than you will do in this case.
What I find “ridiculous” is the fact that Ive been purchasing from SHM for over 10 years but now have to provide my age’ unless I was buying these movies from the age of 8 it must be obvious that I am over 18.
The government doesn’t usually accept written case-by-case personal anecdotes as proof.
SHG is shielding themselves against legal prosecution. If you don’t like it, then call your local congress man. It genuinely is that simple, there are powers bigger than us that are making the rules

Hi Redmanx, You can rest assure that we too find the requirement less than ideal. However, as d_hoffryn mentioned below, being a previous customer does not change the legal requirement on our part, when they make these laws they typically do not ‘exempt’ someone who made a previous purchase. Additionally, although large online companies can afford to skirt the issue and fight it in court as a case by case basis, we can not… The penalties for not abiding by the requirement at our end are just way too steep to ignore.
All I can really do is share that when I selected the company we use for age verification I did so with security and privacy in mind. I spoke with their ownership on multiple occasions and chose them specifically for their long history working with the alcohol and tobacco industry as well as their commitment to privacy and security. As I have mention here before, we do not share your purchase information with the age verification company and they do not share your information with us. They simply process the age verification and then notify us that ‘user with such and such email address has verified’.
We do verification’s every day now for over two years with no issues or complaints. The vast majority of our site users who have been presented with the verification message have completed the process. Very few chose not to although I realize that is 100% a personal choice. I am just grateful that quite nearly all affected customers have participated and continued to support us.
