Dumb question but why are Gigi Allens’ Zardo 3 and Demons vids being shown as new on SHG for The Rye (page 1) as it does not look like they are extended versions or there is anything new from the original releases. Thanks !

Hi Dr. G, There are a few things behind the scenes that can make that happen BUT if I had to guess in this case, it was me manually editing some dates in the product database to reorder some titles and getting the cut and paste of it wrong. Likely nothing more than that. 😛

I don’t know, but it’s rather sus too that SHG is hopping on board and slapping their AI advertisements at the top of the page above all the producers.
It’s perhaps time to break up this “SHG” amalgam and its awful viciously anti-consumer billing system that repels customers.
Yeah. Get rid of the place that handles hosting and the strict U.S. billing restrictions for this kind of content for most of the producers in the space. That’ll help everyone out.

If you had used our site before you would see that customers purchase a video, get a temporary download link, download it to their computer, and that ends the transaction. Hi TK! Sorry if things look SUS. We have one very long standing creator who wanted to drop the occasional hobby film and I did not see the harm. I am not sure that is “hopping on board” anything. lol But if it is then ya, I did. Trust me, there is NOTHING that would make me happier than a flood of new live action releases.
The advertisement you mentioned is not actually on top, its below and comes after the new release carousel. I will always give the live action creators priority access to front page real estate at their request.
You are right… For most, the billing system works without issue BUT for ‘some’, it can feel off putting. I am sure this will be to your surprise but that is actually not a result of our secret malicious intent to make the process as difficult as possible but rather it is a side effect of decades of piracy, credit card fraud, age verification laws, and crazy banking rules (as BBSucks mentioned) that makes being in business at all, almost intolerable. I can assure you for any process frustration you have experienced trying to make purchase on the site, we have had equal or greater frustration managing all the particulars behind the scenes.
